Lots of work to do to get the new dolls finished in time for the next doll show. Its been a very show day, so far I have spend most of the day watching paint dry.. I am using Genesis artist oils and it takes quite a few layers to really bring the colour out while avoiding the dreaded 'shine' and each layer has to fully be drawn into the polymer before the next is added or it will just strip the colour off right down to the clay. The blushing does take a rather long time to do, so all I am really doing is sitting here and watching paint dry, then adding another layer and back to watching the paint dry again... Hopefully sometime tonight I will get to bake them to cure the paints.. then I will start it all over again tomorrow..
